Terms of sale

In effect as of August 22, 2026.

1. Purpose

These terms of sale govern the sale of personalized digital gifts (letters, poems, posters, interactive experiences, and other deliverables described on the site) made on sweetly.ink, published by Elyes Ben Salem (see Legal Notice). Any order placed on the site implies unreserved acceptance of these terms.

2. Price

Prices are shown in euros. VAT not applicable, article 293 B of the French General Tax Code. The price shown at the time of payment (after any applicable discount) is the final price charged.

3. Order and payment

An order is placed by personalizing a gift and then paying by card via Stripe, a secure payment provider. Sweetly never stores card data. The order is confirmed once payment is accepted by Stripe.

4. Delivery

The gift is digital content, delivered via a unique link generated immediately after payment, which the customer can view, share with the recipient of their choice, or have sent by email (immediately or on a chosen date).

5. Right of withdrawal

Under article L221-28 13° of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for digital content not supplied on a physical medium whose performance has begun with the customer’s prior express agreement, and who acknowledges thereby waiving their right of withdrawal. By confirming their order and payment on Sweetly, the customer requests immediate performance of the service (generation and delivery of the gift as soon as payment is confirmed) and expressly acknowledges waiving their right of withdrawal.

6. Satisfaction and adjustments

Unless otherwise stated on its page, each gift includes two free adjustments if a detail isn’t quite right. For any issue, contact site.gratify@gmail.com.

7. Content provided by the customer

The customer is solely responsible for the information, text, and photos they submit to personalize their gift: they guarantee they hold the necessary rights over the photos provided and agree not to submit unlawful content, content infringing a third party’s rights, or content contrary to public order.

8. Liability

Sweetly uses reasonable means to ensure the availability and quality of the service, without guaranteeing continuous availability. Sweetly cannot be held liable for a malfunction beyond its control (failure of a technical provider, the customer’s internet connection, etc.).

9. Personal data

The processing of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.

10. Mediation

In the event of a dispute not resolved directly with Sweetly, the consumer customer may resort free of charge to a consumer mediator. The list of listed mediators is available at economie.gouv.fr/mediation-conso (French government site).

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the competent French courts.
